How could you not love anything having to do with cats? Add art and coloring and you have a “meowsterpiece” (to quote Cuddlefish). What a fun adventure! The puns were cute. The drawings, adorable. Cuddlefish has thought of everything. Included is a progress tracker – color the bars as you go. I would prefer check boxes, but that is neither here nor there. I enjoyed the cozy patterns like hearts, stars, and treats. Meowsterpieces even comes with swatches for color testing and the images themselves are not too intricate. Their simplicity gives the attitude of stress free coloring. My favorite was the Frida Kahlo self portrait.
Author fact: it is Cuddlefish’s inspiration to create a community of Cuddlefish colorers. There is even an Instagram account you can follow.
Book trivia: images are only on one side so that the color can bleed through and not destroy the next image.
